Posted on: 22 Sep 2024

Now in its second year, Elastic FM’s - Your Choices Matter programme continues to empower individuals on their journey to recovery from drug and alcohol dependency across Derbyshire, with a particular emphasis on the Northeast region of the county.

At Elastic FM they understand that recovery is a personal journey. That’s why they offer a holistic approach that addresses the diverse needs of each individual. Their warm and supportive environment provides a safe space for individuals to rebuild their lives and participants have access to a team of of qualified professionals, including counsellors, nutritionists, and life coaches that work collaboratively with people to develop their own personalised recovery plans. The plans include a variety of engaging activities, such as scenic country trails and woodland walks.

In addition to traditional support, the Your Choices Matter programme recognises the importance of digital literacy in today’s world. Their programme equips participants with essential skills in audio, video, and graphic design, opening doors to new opportunities and empowering participants to effectively communicate and connect with others. Elastic FM are excited to announce that they will soon be expanding their services to include online support, providing a digital and introductory version of the 12-step programme, a proven support method in addiction recovery, for those who initially prefer self-guided recovery.
