The Hope Festival 2025 - LOOKING FOR MUSICIANS, ARTISTS AND BANDS!

On Saturday, 21st September 2024, the historic Pleasley Pit Colliery came alive with the sounds of music and the spirit of recovery as it hosted The Hope Festival. The festival, held during National Recovery Month, aimed to celebrate recovery, challenge stigmas surrounding addiction, and demonstrate that fun can be had without alcohol and drugs.

Now as they prepare for 2025 they are on the search for musical talent to perform!

Call for Acts: Play at The Hope Festival 2025 in Derbyshire!

Are you in a band looking to make a difference and play at an event like no other? Are you a solo artist who wants to share their sound with Derbyshire?

The Hope Festival 2025 Team is calling on talented musicians to join in creating an unforgettable day of music, joy, and community— without the pressure of drugs or alcohol.

Why Play the Hope Festival?

The Hope Festival is all about creating a safe, supportive space where people in recovery can come together, celebrate progress, and have fun. It’s a celebration of resilience, hope, and connection, and they're looking for bands that embody these values through their music. Whether you're a rock band, acoustic act, indie group, or anything in between, they want to hear from you.

Who Can Apply?

If your music has the power to uplift, inspire, and connect with people, then you are wanted. Whether you're an established band or an up-and-coming act, every musician has a place at The Hope Festival. What’s important is that your music resonates with the spirit of recovery and positivity. They’re looking for a variety of genres, but above all, they want to hear music that creates an atmosphere of hope, joy, and unity.
